Dr Bulgar listened and was very thorough. However now I have had the investigations I am not sure how is best to get a follow up appointment and book spirometry as she suggested. I will probably write her a note as it's difficult to speak to her.

Clearly has no understanding on depression and mental health and made to feel as though it was easy for me to get to the surgery and talk when that was not the case.
